Who I am

 

I love Real Estate.  It has been my passion since I was in my early 20's.  What I have learned over the years is that Real Estate investing is one of the most effective ways to accumulate and preserve wealth.  The components of Amortization, Appreciation, Depreciation, Cash Flow and Tax Benefits are all integral aspects to real estate investing.

 

I also have a passion for Steve's Camp at Horizon Farms, of which I founded in 2010.  Steve's Camp at Horizon Farms  is dedicated to empowering urban youth to develop healthy bodies, hearts, and minds, and ultimately to emerge as leaders and prepare for fulfilling lives after high school.  For more info please visit www.stevescamp.org.
